Embossing is the process of applying 3D raised or recessed patterns to the fabric surface using male and female molds under high heat and pressure.
In this technique, paint is usually not used; the effect is achieved by altering the form of the fabric. However, optionally, it can be supported with silicone or foil to achieve more striking results. Supporting the back surface with special chemicals or interlining is critical to increase durability.
As LTS Frekans, we use special fixation techniques that ensure the patterns retain their form even after washing.
Provides a stylish, simple, and premium look with shadow and light plays in the fabric's own color without ink clutter.
When applied with the correct heat and support materials, the patterns do not flatten even after long-term use and washing.
Since no extra layer (printing ink) is added on top, the natural touch (softness) of the fabric is largely preserved.
