Flock Heat Transfer is the process of fixing micron-level very fine synthetic fibers (usually viscose or polyamide) vertically to a carrier using an electrostatic method and then transferring them to the fabric with a heat press.
This technique creates a real velvet feel on the print surface. Unlike standard flat prints, it gives the product both visual and tactile depth (3D effect).
As LTS Frekans, the flock transfers we offer have high washing durability, do not shed over time, and maintain color vibrancy for a long period.
Raises quality perception especially in winter products and premium collections with its soft, hairy, and warm texture.
Adds depth to colors by reflecting light from different angles thanks to the vertical stance of the fibers. Logos look fuller and more striking.
Thanks to its opaque structure, it shows the print color exactly regardless of the fabric color (including black); it does not bleed color from underneath.
