HF Support Carrier (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a critical intermediate layer that ensures TPU or PVC materials maintain their form during the high-frequency printing process.
Thanks to its high heat resistance, it does not melt or deform during the welding process. With its special "Release" coating, it separates from the printing material easily and residue-free after the process is finished and cooled.
Does not shrink or elongate at instantaneous high heats in frequency machines, ensuring the pattern is printed with millimeter precision.
Offers different surface options to give a glossy or matte finish to the printing material (TPU).
Does not cause static electricity in automatic cutting machines and manual placement, speeding up workflow.
As a base or top carrier in the production of TPU and PVC badges.
As a film carrying ink in screen and digital transfer prints.
Protective layer in bonding processes of different fabrics and sponges.
Separator film ensuring technical parts come out of the mold easily.
